About South Coast Property Services

Established originally as N.C Carpentry Services Ltd back in 2004 by Mr Neil & Gary Coward the company goal was simple, Provide Quality Products at competitive prices along with a 1st class service building a reputable business with happy customers who would always return!

Starting our business in 2004 as 2 Fully qualified Carpenters we solely offered our Carpentry expertise and experience primarily to New-build contractors both on residential & commercial new build developments.

Over the coming years we also became heavily involved not only with all aspects of the Carpentry Industry, but with the installation of garage doors, Roller shutters and Automatic awnings!!

This then led to our interest in this area of trading and along with our carpentry has now progressed very well indeed accounting for a very high percentage of our yearly turnover.

As more time passed and the business progressed, we became increasingly involved with the combination of specialist Carpentry, garage door, Roller Shutter Door and Awning Installations, so in 2010 decided we needed a new business name which was to be 'South Coast Property Services Ltd'.

This now allows us to promote our specialist areas of trading and progress as we need too without the limitations of being a specific 'Carpentry Company'.

This is a very brief history of how we came to be where we are today in 2012, still offering our now joint 25 years carpentry experience within all sectors of the industry, along with our ever developing Garage Door, Roller shutter & Awning installation services and of course our very special bespoke Timber Outbuildings & Garden Structures.
